The Architecture of Postnational Rulemaking

As of 1 January 2017, the project 'The Architecture of Postnational Rulemaking' has migrated to the research programme ‘Law and Justice Across Borders’.

The research programme is an initiative of the three research centres involved in The Architecture of Postnational Rulemaking: the Amsterdam Centre for European Law and Governance (ACELG), the Amsterdam Center for International Law (ACIL), and the Centre for the Study of European Contract Law (CSECL). It brings together legal scholars working in the fields of international law, European private law and European public law, legal philosophers, legal theorists, and others, who pursue research on law and justice across borders.

The website for Law and Justice Across Borders is under construction.
