ACIL Luncheon: Korea – Radionuclides and Naït-Liman v Switzerland
At this ACIL current developments luncheon, two researchers in ACIL will present and discuss new cases impacting international law
After the Fukishima meltdown in 2011, South Korea decided to ban some imports of Japanese fish. In this ACIL Luncheon, Geraldo Vidigal will discuss the World Trade Organization report on this case, recently published in English.
Corina Heri will discuss the ECtHR Grand Chamber judgement, due on the 15 March, concerning the refusal of the Swiss civil courts to examine a civil claim for compensation in respect of the non-pecuniary damage caused by alleged torture in Tunisia.
