Anna van Duin and others will present a joint paper on (the lack of) effective remedies to remove unlawful online content at the conference 'Frontiers in Civil Justice'. They will present empirical findings on people's experiences with this and why they decide to take legal action (or not!), as well as our analysis of bottlenecks in ensuring access to justice. They will conclude by some reflections on the need for procedural innovation in the Netherlands.
