Rosanna Laurikainen-Klami is working as a doctoral researcher in Contract Law at the University of Turku. Her research focuses on construction contracts as functional instruments. At the moment she is investigating the role of contract documents and lawyers in construction alliances in the context of functional contract theory, as well as the interfaces between the functional contract theory, transaction cost economics and the concept of braiding.
