Her research looks at the public enforcement of EU data protection laws by national Data Protection Authorities (DPAs). She’s interested in potential inconsistencies in enforcement, cooperation mechanisms between DPAs and how to ensure effective and strong enforcement of EU data protection. Nathalie also works as a senior privacy advisor at Deloitte in the Netherlands where she provides large international clients with practical advice on the current legal landscape in privacy and data protection. Prior to joining Deloitte, Nathalie completed her LL.M. at the University of Amsterdam and worked as teacher and research assistant within ACELG.
