Jelle van Dijk is a Dutch legal scholar who will join the University of Amsterdam as a PhD candidate and teacher in the courses Financial Law and Insolvency law. He previously obtained both his LLB (cum laude) and LLM (cum laude; law & finance) at the University of Amsterdam. Jelle is interested in the ways in which financial law shapes practice in the financial sector, as well as in the opportunities and limits of incorporating sustainability concerns in financial law. In addition to his work for the UvA, he is an editor of the Dutch law journal Ars Aequi.
