About the author

Riccardo Fornasari is an adjunct professor at the University of Bologna in the Department of Legal Studies. He earned his Master's degree in Law from the University of Bologna in 2015 with top honors, having written his thesis on the topic of "Hardship" under the supervision of Professor Rita Rolli. He furthered his studies by obtaining an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College London, graduating with distinction.

Fornasari's research focuses on private law, and he is also pursuing a PhD at Université Paris Nanterre, where he works on civil and business law under Professor Bourassin. His academic career includes collaborations with both Paris Nanterre and the University of Bologna.
